Return Policy
We want your shopping experience to be perfect, but if you need to make a return, please follow the rules below:
- Deadline: 7 days after receiving the product.
- Conditions: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories.
- Shipping: The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility, except for products with manufacturing defects.
- Refunds: Processed through the same payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will take up to 15 business days for bank slips and up to 2 billing cycles for credit cards.
