Who We Are

Hello everyone, we hope you're doing well! It's a pleasure to have you here. Have you ever felt frustrated for not finding a quality product made in Brazil and had to buy it abroad, paying those ridiculous fees? Or perhaps you didn’t buy it and just let it go? Or more commonly, you insisted and bought it here, only to feel like you wasted your money later? Well, it was from this feeling that DANTE Capelli Co. was born back in 2014. At the time, due to the lack of good options in the national market, I felt compelled to roll up my sleeves and build from scratch a leather sheath for the knife my father had given me. I don’t believe in “gifts,” but I was born surrounded by family members who were passionate about manual work. I believe this contributed a lot to fostering my interest in "handmade." Today, our team consists of five loyal members: me (Dante), Camila (my wife), Fernando (business partner and best friend since college), Rosana (my mother), and our little and robust Lola (a French bulldog completely obsessed with feet and socks, who keeps stealing leather scraps to chew on). We take great pride in every product we send worldwide, as they are all carefully made to last a lifetime. We put our heart and soul into this small family business, located in Serra da Cantareira, Mairiporã – SP. We are infinitely grateful for your trust in our work.
